A native of Jefferson City Missouri, Neal has sold and serviced businesses in the area for over 15 years. Prior to starting Ladera Business Solutions, Neal worked for Concord EFS/First Data as a Salesman and Regional Manger where he was responsible for the performance and servicing of over 35 Sales Agents and thousands of merchants. Neal is an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, has hopes the St. Louis Blues can win a Stanley Cup and most importantly is a supporter of the University of Missouri Football and Basketball teams. It is Neal's belief that people do business with people they respect and trust. It is that simple philosophy that drives our passion to provide superior customer service. Shannon Kempker

Shannon is also a native of Jefferson City Missouri and earned a Masters Degree from The University of Missouri (GO TIGERS!). Shannon started as a merchant level sales person in 1999 and earned multiple trips to Concord EFS' Presidents Club. This distinction eventually got him promoted into a sales management role for First Data. Shannon has worked extensively with Financial Institutions/Banks, creating programs that are flexible and lucrative. Shannon has the expertise to create a program that fits for each customer rather than forcing the customers needs into a "boxed" program. When Shannon is not busy selling, he is a devoted husband and father who enjoys rooting for the University of Missouri and sampling the local cuisine.... lots of it.
Shelley Woods

Shelley is a native of Atoka Tennessee and is responsible for generating leads for our Sales Agents. With over 10 years of experience in prospecting, Shelley has opened the door for thousands of merchant relationships. Her positive attitude and kind nature have really had an impact on our organization and our customers.Constantly plugging away on the phone, Shelley continues to help drive our business through communicating our porgrams to customers. Shelley is very active volunteering in her local church and in her childrens activities (Boy Scouts etc.).
Shauna Balk

Shauna and her family call Jefferson City home. Also a graduate of the University of Missouri, Shauna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She began her career as a merchant level sales person with Concord EFS in 1999. After working in the non-profit industry for six years, Shauna joined Ladera in 2007. What she enjoys most about working for Ladera is being face-to-face with the merchants getting to know them and their business. In her personal life, Shauna is the proud parent of two and wife of a football coach. She is heavily involved with the American Cancer Society, Special Olympics, and serves on the local board of the MU Alumni Association.

Michael was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from Gannon University (Erie PA). With 12 years of industry experience, Michael has managed everything from Data Entry to Risk Management to Customer Service and consulted for various Sales and Servicing Offices throughout the country. Providing service that our customers expect is Michael's objective. By treating our customers the way we would expect to be treated, we are creating relationships that last. Michael's passions include: food, family, friends and everything Pittsburgh (especially the Steelers, Panthers, Pirates and Penguins).
